Revert "scripts/git-pre-commit: Check the content of the series.conf sorted section."
This reverts commit 869e9a97f5038eb456502f1b0ee7cd06f3b8e5c3; we have to first announce this globally with a fixed transition date and give committers time to readjust their infrastructure (namely have pygit2 put in place properly).
