Bluetooth: Fix connection if directed advertising and privacy is used
commit 082f2300cfa1a3d9d5221c38c5eba85d4ab98bd8 upstream. Local random address needs to be updated before creating connection if RPA from LE Direct Advertising Report was resolved in host. Otherwise remote device might ignore connection request due to address mismatch.
